Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of One(Place). It exists to keep the platform safe and reliable for every tenant.

You agree not to

Use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or access another tenant’s data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

Content responsibility

SOPs should describe how work is done. Do not upload resident personally identifiable information, permit records, or other operational data into SOP content; that is a different sensitivity tier than this tool is designed for.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. We will use reasonable judgment and, where possible, give notice and an opportunity to cure.

Reporting

Report abuse or security concerns to security@oneplacegov.com.
