Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the One(Place) SOP tool (the “Service”), operated by The Good Government Collective (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
2. Accounts and organizations
The Service is multi-tenant. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite to your organization and for assigning appropriate roles. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the standard operating procedures and other content you create (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You own every file you export.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or compromise the security of the platform or other tenants.
5. Subscriptions and trials
Pilot accounts are free for 14 days. Paid subscriptions are billed per seat as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal.
6. AI features
The Service uses AI to generate drafts and summaries. AI output may contain errors and is provided for your review. You are responsible for verifying any SOP before marking it active.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
