Our approach

One(Place) is designed for local government. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service, we host in the United States, and we never sell customer data.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, organization), the SOP content you create, capture-session transcripts, billing details processed by Stripe, and standard technical logs. SOPs are documentation about how work is done and should not contain resident PII or operational records.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, generate AI drafts, process payments, and maintain security and reliability.

AI processing

Workspace content is sent to our AI subprocessor (Anthropic) to generate drafts and summaries. We do not permit subprocessors to train foundation models on your content.

Subprocessors

See our trust page for the current list (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Stripe, Sentry). All are US-region. The Service does not send email today, so no email provider receives your data; if we add one, we will list it on the trust page before it processes anything.

Data retention and deletion

We retain Customer Content for the life of your account and for a reasonable export window after termination. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact privacy@oneplacegov.com to exercise them.

Analytics

We do not use analytics. The Service ships no product analytics, no third-party tracking scripts, and no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. What we keep is the standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service and, where configured, error reports through Sentry. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy before turning it on.
